2nd Jam session

I love music , and i have just started this wonderful band , what's the band name? Well, haven't thought of it, but this band really cool , i love it, We have very good chemistry.

We know what we're playing , and members are..

Betty-vocal
Ngieng-guitar
Lester-bass
Chris(Ngieng's wife)-keyboard
Lone-guitar
Felix-drums

Is been a long time i haven't meet up Ngieng,i know him since college(more than 8years)we were playing together in a band.

And on the 1st session i kind of worry that me and Ngieng will not be the same result as early. But result was good!!! Everyone of us,after the 1st jam session at Hartamas-BBB
I know this is a dream team!! Hahaa, everyone doing well in this band.

The 2nd session , we got no choice(BBB having holidays, business off!!!) and went to studio at subang (CSI Studio),
we were not happy with the air condition-ws really hot!!Amps having problems(no sound)..etc..

I told myself this will be the last time i visit the CSI studio.

Our best studio is always at BBB, for us to practice!!

And i am looking forward the 3rd session of jam!

*in the pics u can see Lester,Felix and Ngieng..where's others? Haha,we were at the behind of camera!!

Groove Junction-The Tuxedo

...........ON Friday 17th Aug 07 , me and Betty went to check out Wilson(Jazz player/Betty's Piano,Keyboard Teacher aka good friend of my). He performed at Groove Junction with his band(Billie & the Tuxedo), their music more like smooth jazz and R&B..sounds great!..

It was the 1st time we went there, place really cool!U can see some of the pics that we'd took.

Best part was , can u imagine that the moment when music playing , u and your love one sitting and enjoy the music ?Having good drinks?

Peoples surrounding us kind of noisy...they chat, like a gathering kind of things..

only 2 of us...almost closing eyes open our ears and tasting the MUSIC!!!

Jam session

hahaah, i just came back from jam session. :( tired.. but fun..

1st of all thanks to my friend Felix-he lent me his bass guitar to me.So that i be able to jam with Friends tonight..

So , here i am , i just cam back .

let me tell you what we played for the night..

Alex(guitar),Paul(guitar),Ben(drums) and i (bass guitar) ..

Ben invited us to his house for a session, he has a Yamaha drums set, and a big amps(speaker) which can fit all our instruments to his amps..

we were trying our songs.. but within 15mins, alex "snap"his own guitar string...

and we just had our band name... "broken strings" (just a joke)

cuz after 2 and half hours of practice... Alex lost his voice...

so we name him, broken voice....

(that's how we get our name.. broken string, broken voice..)

songs that we played

with or without you-u2

can't take my eyes off you

Diana

i just call to say i love you

better man

hard day's night

for the 1st time we jam,i felt good i gave 7 out of 10..

cuz they willing to try hard for the best...:)

i did enjoyed..

suppose Betty comes with us, but b'cuz she has to attend her dad's talk , so she can't make it..:)

(is okie, next time then..)
